Its from a VW Polo. I've made a flat mounting plate with four round outlets. Two feed warm air into the footwells, two go up to the demisters. The footwell vents have closer plates so that maximum demisting can occur when needed. Here's a picture to show what I've done. Rescued attachment underdash.JPG

A very neat job!

A qurestion - does your expansion tank connect into the heater loop from inlet manifold to water pump?

Also where are you planning to connect the expansion tank top outlet to?

Cheers
Nick

Yep, I've put a tee piece in between manifold and heater. The top expansion tube will go to the small pipe on the Polo radiator.
