Washer thing

I'm after something like in the picture below but I'm not sure what to search or where to get them from.
The larger step wants to be 12mm then the smaller part 10mm with a 6mm hole in the middle.
Any help would be appreciated

most folk I know would call that a 'top hat' washer/spacer/bush

what heights do they need to be ?
how many do you need ?
what do you want them made of ? (steel, alloy, plastic, brass......)

Height doesn't really matter, I guess about 10-15mm. Made from alloy or steel.
I need 6.

so a seat belt spacer will me too big and most of the off the shelf generic top-hats I've seen are plastic....

so unless someone else knows where to get one you might need to get them made up on a lathe - try flak monkey http://www.customworkshop.co.uk/
(normally I could do them for you but my lathes broke at the moment )

out of intrest what are they for ?

I have made a radiator braket out of 12mm tube. I have used 6mm bolts to bolt it to the chassis.
So I thought it would just finish it off nicely.
