Lost posts

Morning all,

Wanted to put an item in the for sale section, but couldn't due to zero posts.

I have been a member on here for quite a few years - although I dont post often I did have a few posts.

Was there a reason why posts were reset??

There are several reasons why posts get deleted.

I think when a member deletes the first post in a thread, that entire thread and any replies get deleted too.

Also, the management had a bit of a tidy up, deleting a couple of contraversial threads, which if you had contributed to, would have disappeared too.

HTH

Mike

Thanks for the reply, nothing controversial added to or posted by me.

I don’t want to get to spam the board to get 10 posts to get to access to the for sale section. But don’t think I have much choice...

every now and then they have to have a bit of a clear out of very old threads (especialy the for sale / wanted sections)

I guess you've just been unlucky

Yeah maybe so...

Wanted to sell a project and did not want to look like I signed up just to sell.

Ah well, it could be worse I guess.

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Cheers for the nudge.

Bought a Striker, blew up the engine and sold the Striker. Then bought a Sylva Riot kit...
