Claire.....if you have AdBlock Plus, you will have a ABP symbol either at the top right hand corner or bottom right hand corner....right click on the symbol and click disable on www.locostbuilders ......

Tried that before - adblock will only either allow everything , or block everything - it wont let me pick what to block (unlike every other site I visit )
I have a very old , slow computer and allowing ads slows it down soooooooooooooooooo much
I guess thats me locked out of chat permanently , unless anyone has any ideas ?

Adblock will allow you to block single things on a site. I use it at work to block some of the fruitier avatars here. If your filter is something like 'http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/*' then you will get a lot of collateral damage from it, but if it is more like
'http://locostbuilders.co.uk/upload/*_boobs.gif' then it is a lot more precise. What is it you want to block on here and what do you want to let through?

I want to be able to choose - like you , when I first installed it I could block specific image's (dodgy avatars for example) - but as it is now , I can only block everything , or nothing......
I want to get into the chat room - but I cant find anything in the settings that show it as being blocked .

ABP has changed recently - don't know when - but when you select an ad or picture the dialogue opens with a default option to block ALL items from a site. You have to move the selection down to alongside the panel with the specific image name.

It got me too - I was getting no pictures from locostbuilders...

Same here - every picture needs five clicks before I can see it
I even tried un-installing , and then installing an earlier version - but it wouldnt work at all , so it seems I'm stuck with this `new and improved` version
