Hopefully nobody off here, but if it is someone you know and they didn't get the reg of the car it's in that link above.
Car involved is insured but not taxed since March,prob the reason it drove away.

Ah right,I don't do Facebook so it was a link my Mrs. spotted.
I'll have a look.
Basically it's a silver passat that ran into the side of a kit car in Halesowen and drove off,the person in the link followed it and took a pic.
