Ah I see, that's going to be some acceleration in the right car.

I've heard of the 1300 Sierra but I've never seen one and I've worked on hundred of Sierra's . Not sure it was ever offered for sale in the UK?

Firstly, they certainly were sold in the UK, with 1.3 pinto engines.

You'll be very lucky to find one of them, I've only ever had 2, both used in our stock cars. they make lots of money in stock car circles. i sold mine when I retired from saloons and got £500 each for them. The cheapest way is to change the gearbox you have and choose a different diff ratio to achieve the same gearing.
However, if you really have to have one post on some of the saloon stock car sites, you might get lucky, but you'll need deep pockets.

Blimey my car was based on a 1300 and I have the 3.77 with the small size rear drums. Sounds like I may have to change the diff to pay for my hobby!

Your quite right! It is for the ovals so I appreciate they are rather expensive and rare at that!
