Locost magnetic roundel material

Just discovered a cheaper source of magnetic backing for numbers etc, than the usual mainstream motor sport suppliers.

Vehicle graphics/signage companies sell it off the roll. Likely to be one in your area as well so no need to mail order from the usual....

Then cut your own to suit.

Wish I'd known this two weeks ago.

Try the yellow pages for signage companies in your area maybe?

Might be handy to know the name of the product though, rather than walking in asking "Have you got some that magnetic thingy-whatsit stuff?"

I asked for white magnetic sheet.

It was cut off a roll.

Personally I'd not trust it; thin magnetic sheet has a very weak pull and only needs a corner lifted slightly to be pulled right off. Vinyl is dead easy and does no harm to the car plus it say put

fine for a fridge but not a car
