Where to get cycle wings / wheel arches for 215/55/13 tyres?

Where can I get cycle wings which are at least 230mm in width to accomodate a 215/55/13 tyre (it's 230mm wide, i measured)?

Can someone point me in the right direction?

I was not able to find anyone via google, carbonmods.co.uk used to make such wide cycle wings but not anymore.

I am happy to use glass fibre arches, they dont have to be made from carbon.

Make them

Get some MDF and cut out eyebrow curves, fold some hardboard around these the right width and glue and screw.

Get some plaster of Paris, fill the internal angle then drag a rubber ball over the plaster of Paris for a nice edge shape, you now have a casting mould that will last a few goes.

Polish and triple wax, then apply a gel coat and build up with fibreglass and cast a wing or two, works very well.

I made mine, pretty well exactly as Mark said
