Phormula KS3. Anyone used one of these knock sensor device?

i' ve got one installed. not used it yet though. could do with knowing what frequency people have it on.
i know the lower the better.

Yes had one on my Duratec. Worked fine

what gain setting did you have it on
what frequency did you have it set on please.

Cant recall... it was 10 years ago... !

ISTR that they have some calculators to help set it up. Or they were very helpful via email.

i got it working but doesnt really show much on there, got up to 4k, not much reading

anyway what does the gain setting do? is gain a multiplier of readings?

mines on max gain of 20.
