Seats on runners

After buying the Dax, my misses loved driving it, I had to pad the seat out with a bit of wood.

Do many people install runners on the seats in the cars?

I have an adjustable pedal box but don't want to be unbolting the pedals every time we want to change driver and i dont know if it will give us enough play between out height

If the car is to be driven by more than one driver, I would say that it's a must. They add around 25mm to
the seat height.

and watch the width of the seat, you may find it runs out of space as it moves forward in the rush chassis....
(depending on how far you need it too move of course)

They look very similar to the MX5 seat runners that I'm reusing. I doubt anyone else will be driving my car, but I will have less flexibility in where the pedals end up so I need to use the runners as per a regular tintop.

I've got that type. Work OK but you've got to be sure to get them perfectly aligned (parallel) or they don't slide well.

Better than the Citroen one I guess. . .

Also I guess they always have to be straight to work?
