I would prefer the wurth insert, they seem a bit more substantial. However I have an open mind as long as the end result isnt going to fail

I haven't had much to do with helicoils for plugs but I have used them for cylinder blocks - head bolts. Rumour had it that they would give a stronger hold than the block itself.
