There is a book written by the Chairman of Tiger Avon which deals with IRS.
There is even a special group on this dealing with Tiger Avon.

i like it, the back end seems well though out. how wide is it in inches at the cockpit part? thanks

Joel

the size is non standard on this chassis as its for my car ie +6" in width over book and made of 1 1/4 tube the drawings Jim will publish will be more suited for book and/or +4 cars.

Hey I really like that design!

'Specially as from 'O' and 'B' backwards it's the same as mine! Nice to have it confirmed by someone competent that I'm not gonna die!

Cheers,

James

Maybe not- I had that confirmed for me by someone competent in a vision a while ago!

I've used the book chassis design back as far as the bulkhead behind the seats. I then calculated the dimensions of a 'box' assembly which the rear wishbones attach to, along the lines that Tiger use and then reverted to the book design for the rear of the car.
So far this appears to be working but I've not finished yet and anything can happen.
