Calling j15 owners..or should that be vectis owners?

So, what's the deal...my blog says j15, but now changed to vectis (which I quite like)....so, I guess we need to change all our references from now on, else no one will know what they are.

Mine's registered as a J15 so that's how it will have to stay. I must admit I was sad when JP had to drop the Spectre name. I did suggest Mytra in 2010 but he said it was too late.

Gave up Latin over 50 years ago but according to http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/vectes the plural of vectis is vectes. But how many Isles of Wight are there?

Thank you. I only suspected it was that because I knew (god knows why) that the plural of Tigris (a tiger) is Tigres.

I do think Vectis is an improvement on J15 and anything was an inprovement on Shindig.
