Good progress on the j15 build

Got the chassis back from powder coating, jolly nice it looks too....looking forward to getting all the riveting done so I can start ont interesting stuff....check out the blog for som pics...

Looks great. How does powder coat last on the alloy panel's?

Good question, I'm not sure either....all panels were dip etched first, and so far the finish seems to be very strong....they are not easy to scratch.

I have your handbrake mod clearly imprinted in the grey cells.....before I go down that route I'm going to 'try' another method as I think I may just enough room under the seat....but I won't know until I'm ready to fit the seat....

As for the comments on my wife's blog...bah humbug....makes me sound like a total idiot, whereas in fact, I'm only half an idiot..........must update my blog to reflect the fact that she went out last night, drank too much and has spent the day throwing up.
