You still need a bit of knowledge, skill, natural ability etc too. I have access to a workshop with significant CNC capabilities and it just seems to
have improved my swarf and scrap productivity!

I think that if you have access to a full engineering workshop with industrial grade machines and have the know-how to use them it would vastly
improve the quality of a build.
I feel that that build is no more impressive than some peoples builds on here who build a car in a single lock up garage with no tools and experience.
Not taking anything away from that guy though, it is amazing.
