Application sent and still waiting
How long have people been waiting to get a reply.
I sent my application of 5 weeks again and haven't heard a bean.
Does anyone have the number for the right department please.

It's been put up on here before,have you used the search?
Also the correct address has been posted on here too,if you send it to the general DVLA address that is when you get issues

Not to hijack, just to support....
They're useless. Not to be personal about any individual working there, but they are poo with a capital F!
I just sent a V62 in Feb, recorded delivery.
Chased this week.
Yes it was signed for.
We lost it!
Just do it all again!
Oh and sorry about the irreplaceable supporting documentation you sent (no i didn't I sent copies).
Cancel the cheque you sent, just in case we cash it anyway!
The only consolation was the operative I spoke to gave me their "personal address and contact" so if the next one fails I can be more
personal with the abuse.
Chase them, they did at least respond to me once the case was lodged
