Ive done loads of trackdays in my old Mk and there is no need for a dry sump system.
I fitted an AB Performance billett sump to replace the bike sump on 1400zzr and i had no problems at all....

I have 2 Furore's with bog standard ZZR1400 engines doing regular trackdays in Germany, obviously the engine is the same way round as the bike in our car, but they've never had ANY engine issues at all in around 3 years of running, it really is a fantastic engine IMHO, only disadvantage to the 'Busa is that there's very little available in terms of tuning gear for them

Having spoken to Andy before at AB, I'm sure if using it North South you use the baffled sump you'd be fine, if you have any doubts just add accusump for peace of mind

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/furoreproducts/m.html?_dmd=1&_ipg=50&_sop=12&_rdc=1
