Evening all,

Finally managed to find a place for her maiden voyage. The car is absolutely fantastic !

Be careful, I was stopped by an undercover bobby!
He let me off though, apparently the car park is very popular for burnouts and its public road.

Hence my previous post about private roads lol

Took mine to Bruntingthorpe near Leicester, superb venue, 2mile long straight with short and long tracks. found the handling to be superb, kept revs down to 4000 (new internals in the engine) but the old Pinto was still pulling 100MPH at those revs. Good value, £50 per hour (plus VAT), run as much as you like or as long as you wish. Only two other cars and a bike there when we went.

£450-00 these days. That's what I had to pay. Plus the £90 re-test fee.

Oh! - And the cost of hiring the trailer+tower (£40 phr.).
