SVA shanges

At a kitcar-meeting over here in Holland I heard somebody talking about changes in the SVA-regulations. The regulations should get tougher to pass, this to satisfy te EC-regulations. Does anyone know more??

The last thing i heard was that the regs were indeed changing in October 2003 but i was also told that it would not effect us kit builders much. I think it was more to do with commercial stuff but hey you never knoe with these people. I'm definately going to get mine finished a.s.a.p so i don't get caught out!!!!
