Gear Lever IVA Compliant

Hi All

Suspect not but can you tell me if my gear lever below is IVA compliant?
If not, how have you chaps overcome these sort of issues?
Thanks
Steve

I thought it had to look permanent?
Not sure a bit of tube over would pass as that?

Fit a bicycle handlebar grip like this with a locking collar. Modify the locking collar to grip the gear shifter if need be.

Thanks for the replies chaps.
I like the bicycle grip idea. I'm sure I can pad it out and make it fit.
