SVA
What about putting a foreign locost throug SVA, without a donor vehicle.
How do you "compose" the chassis number? Does the vehicle have to be registered in the UK?
I'm building The car in the Netherlands and will have to put the car throug sva in the uk.
Who knows more about this subject?

i belive it has been done before,ring the DVLA for comfermation,you will need as many bills as possible to prove you bought the stuff,then it will be
registered as a UK car,you can import it to Holland and re-register it,easy peasy really(not),you may need a UK address for the car to be
registerded.hope this helps.
