RIP Jules

The FIA findings seem to lay the cause of the accident with Bianchi himself.
I thought the race should have been stopped.

Makes you wonder how similar this accident was to the one the team had during testing at Duxford?

Shame, but from what we all saw of the accident, it never looked like there would be a happy ending

Very sad news, but probably the kindest way if he was never going to recover .........

On a similar subject, does anyone know how Schumacher is doing? I know the family want privacy but it would be nice to know whether he's even awake or not.

They've said they will only update when there's a change in status.

So find the last official update and you'll know.

Sad news about Jules as well.

Very sad
And I concur with Russ's thoughts
An ex who was a Specialist neurology nurse said that the impact was such that there would not be much of his personality left if he did surface from this.
Whilst it is not often spoken after a head injury of this severity would you want the life that follows?
