Need help if poss!

Hi Guys,

I've got a bit of a silly question.

My formula 27 has Sierra Cosworth wheels all round on Toyo r888. I bought the car this way and is great but have a hankering for a different/lighter wheel and maybe go to 13" wheels.
Does anyone know what wheels I can buy ( what's my offset, pcd etc)?

Slightly confused, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Kerr

What discs and calipers are you running? A 13" wheel may not clear them!
I've had various cars and managed to squeeze 13"s on them. They do ride much better.

How much do they weigh firstly...

Going down to 13" could cause fitment issues as mentioned above.

Pro race 2 alloys weigh the following
13" 5.1kg
14 5.7kg
15 6.9kgs

If you take it to your local wheel place they can fit one and test it for you,..

Thanks

You're right, I never even thought of that. It has drums on the back and wilwood 4pots up front but I'm unsure of the size...........very good point though, I would have battered on and bought new wheels. This is why I love this forum, you don't get cheek just informative answers and help.

Thanks again guys, I'll go and check my front discs.
