52" english axle dims?
I need to make a light weight 52" Capri English axle for mocking up a chassis on the bench all I need is the casing end flanges held a part by a
tube, the question is how far apart are the end faces of the bare axle casing?
I'm guessing that a bare Capri axle case is 52" wide given that this post has had 99 views and no answer?

I've got a couple of 48.5" casings and they measure exactly that from outer end to end.
Never measured one but I'd assume a 52" would be the same?
