I have been doing some work on this recently.

The blades generally seen are F2 second hand or machined fresh.

If you find a supplier, let me know. I know a caterham running company supply them.

The (front) ARB I have experience of is on a 205 GTI, which uses jointed links to connect to purpose included brackets on the front struts. Not having fitted one to a 7 type car I'd imagine the difficulty would be connecting the ARB well to the front uprights or wishbones. Maybe there are kits for this purpose though(?)
