Adjusting Protech shocks on my INDY

Hello all

Having a senior moment!

Which way makes the dampers stiffer? turn the knob clockwise or anti clockwise, how many clicks are people running at front and rear?

Thanks

Clockwise increases the stiffness as for how you want them try 2 to 5 for the road more for the track .
