Spring rates for trackday car

Was going to get all done at Procomp but may just change springs now. Live axle Birkin with front anti rollbar, basically old caterham setup, Zetec engine so pretty standard. Car will be mainly trackday use so any ideas on the ideal spring rates front and rear?

Take it as a standard live axle caterham s3 if you have the data for one of those, its mainly the rear rates i need as these need sorting asap.
