If I had a ladyfriend I would proberably arange a pick her up and turn up in a helicopter and fly her to a large hotel in the midle of nowhere for a meal before flying back again...

Sadly I dont, so all my friends have nicked my idea...looks like its going to be a busy day tommorow

Aaaaahh Valentines Day

I get a double whammy on Valentines as it's also the wife's Birthday.(40 this year)

Traditionaly I get a dozen roses (do the arrangement myself) a small box of chocolates, and a card.

I'm thinking of Build-a-Bear this year though. (The shop will be packed tonite)

I always buy for both the wife and her best friend(friend's husband is an ass that never gets her anything...her Dad died Saturday and he asked for a divorce on Monday....$hitheel).

I have in the past done home-cooked meal for 2, a custom romance CD, dinner out(Nightmare, but she's worth it), and even tried a little poetry.

Cooking a nice meal is always a winner, as it shows you've put some effort/thought in to it, which is the main thing. For me, being about as romantic as a house brick, actually getting some flowers/chocs is a fair bit of effort in itself!

It's the same reason my computer's in the living room! Could go all night without speaking to the wife back then!

My best seller this Valentine's day has been this:
Body Pen
.........and the majority have been bought by women.
At least there's some fun going to be had somewhere!
