I use the Silverline tail pipe cutter makes a clean cut if you don't rush it, but I have never tried it on SS

Same as above.
Wrap a sheet of A4 paper around the tube to get a even cut.

I bought an Evolution chop saw, recently, its really good and cuts tube really cleanly, at any angle you like.

I haven't tried it on SS either, but provided you get the corect blade I reckon it would do that too.

I got it from the Bay, refurbished for a really good price too

made all the cuts on mine with a hacksaw.

Found a web app that prints out templates for angled cuts.
Put in the tube diameter and the angle you want, print out the template, wrap it round the tube.

Band saw with a bi-metal blade.

Ditto - I bought an Evolution saw new from Screwfix a few years ago. It cuts wood and metal cleanly with the same blade.
