Anybody heard of an Evolution 350i?

Saw this car called an evolution 350i for sale in last months complete kit car mag, not interested in buying it but I really liked the nose cone and was thinking ahead for my own project really.

I've tried searching on here and on the interweb but drawn a blank.

Any info greatly appreciated.

maybe 350i refers to engine, maybe they mean 350ci chevy or 3.5 injection rover perhaps?!
