JK Composites still operating?

I'm now ready to go ahead and replace my Intratrim vinyl seats with GRP seats. Was hoping to buy from JK Composites, but there is no answer on either their landline or mobile. Just wondering if anybody else had had contact with them recently? Thanks, David.

Just my 2 pence worth.

I used them back in May for 2 seats. I had to return them as they were pretty poor quality. Im still fighting to get my money back and had to get the credit card company involved.

Personally...i wouldn't use them again.

No answer or reply from landline and mobile, no reply to voicemails and no reply to emails.

I've now had an email response, but they have admitted that they are very busy.

I was just as shocked as all reviews ive seen were better than good. I only have a video of them. What has made it bitter is the lack of replies to messages left, emails and phone calls. Zero customer service.

My last set ordered earlier at the start of this year was a bit of a disaster. Took ages to get hold of Keith. There were supply issues which meant delays. Then I suspect my order was mixed up as I didn't receive what I ordered and to cap it off the quality isn't as good as the previous 2 sets I've had off them.

When Jordan was involved I think he did a lot of the organisational side leaving Keith on the tools and now Keith is doing it all he's struggling.

I've been a massive fan of JK seats and have recommended them to a lot of people but I wouldn't order another set sadly. I'd be giving the luso ones a go if I couldn't afford tillets.

The slowness to respond does not bode well for after sales support. If they won't answer the phone, I'm not comfortable to hand-over £100's. A shame as these seats had been on my shortlist for a long time.
