Judging by how many people buy that cack off ebay that generates hydrogeon from a jamjar using the car battery and then feeds said hydrogeon into the engine...

I would say quite a few!

The trouble is the costs. Now if they claimed you could do it for £250

On second thoughts though "build a hybrid car for 250 grams of CO2" may be a better title.
