Has anyone used moneybookers before if so are there any pros or cons

I have used Moneybookers now for about 9 years mostly to forward money to my sister in Australia for Christmas and birthdays etc.
Over that period of time I have not had a problem. Their charges are very low compared to banks etc.
I am always a little uncomfortable uploading funds to my account there accordingly I only leave a small balance on the account each time.
