Building: self built locost 2l zetec

HELP!

after taking the car for an mot i came to the conclusion I wasn't happy about the seat belt anchorage points.

I looked in to it again and found the top chassis was 53mm too low for the 4 point anchorage bolt. Has anyone had this problem? How have you raised the anchorage point without it looking a mess?

I need help as my sva is on the 11 June.
