I was trying to find some information regarding the rear wishbones, but i could not find any CAD file of drawings. Does anybody have such files of adjustable rear, and eventually front, wishbones for haynes roadster (the last edition book dimensions)?
Any pictures and ideas are welcome as well.
I made my own using the originals to create a jig. Iím assuming you havenít got any at all ?

Did you use the original wishbones and modified them or you made a brand new set? Any link to a place where i can get good quality rose joints? What
size of joints did you use?
I donít have any pictures I donít think. I used old chassis brackets welded to a flat metal bench.
I used an old set of wishbones but that was more convenience than anything. I cut the bush tubes off and welded in threaded 12mm fine thread rose joint bushes.

Last questions, i hope)) How do you make the actual alignment - do you unmount the rose joint from the chassis, make some turns, mount it again and
make the measurement? If it needs more - all over again? How do you do it?
Did you change the chassis brackets or you used some sort of spacers to mount the wishbone to the chassis?
Yes pretty much, but you do one at a time. You donít need to do up the bolt, just put it back into the bracket and check. I had a race driver set mine
up using string and axle stands. Very accurate, then corner weighted it afterwards.
Spacers, no need to change brackets. You can get specific misalignment spacers for rosejoints then pack out with washers. If you want to replace the washers with spacers afterwards you can.

Hi Ben, thank you for the clarification. It makes sense now. Which model joints did you get as i see a different load grades for the different
categories? The prices are not very different so i guess the XM ultra high performance would be good enough?
