When I first saw it I thought OMG..

But on reflection, actualy it ain't bad.

I used to drive a 3 wheeler when I was a yoof. (Bond Bug) I would love to have had it then

If the price is right, bang two wheels on the front. If youve built a Locost, easy.

blakep82 - 19/4/09 at 11:56 AM

i like it
looks much better than these ones with 1 wheel at the back

blakep82 - 19/4/09 at 11:58 AM

er, where's the engine?

oh, ok, i just read the ad...

i like the 3 on the grill instead of the normal 7

mookaloid - 19/4/09 at 12:12 PM

shouldn't be too hard to put 2 wheels on the front - ok if it's cheap enough?

speedyxjs - 19/4/09 at 12:15 PM

Ooh, i love that. Put a decent engine in that and that'll outrun most of our cars. Just think of how much less drag is on it without the extra wheels

Why bother? You don't have to worry about toe and camber settings, just concentrate on getting the castor right

smart51 - 19/4/09 at 01:47 PM

I love it just for the sheer lunacy of it. I'd park it on caterham stands at shows, rear on, just to see their faces when they saw the front.

It doesnt look that stable to me......

You couldnt put a heavy engine in it.

Why would you want to ? It defeats the object of building it in the first place.

Why bother?

Well the going round corners thing with out falling over springs to mind

Great drag racer with a turbo busa engine in as you've saved a lot of mass and drag by losing the open front wheels.

Unfortunately this is what happens when you go fast around corners in a 3 wheeler:
