Hi All and a happy summer if it lasts
a couple of questions if you could

water block off
? if i eleiminate the heater do you
a) block off the 2 pipes or
b) feed one ito the other ie: loop them together

turbo water and oil
where is the best place to
a) take a feed for a turbo water supply
b) return it to the engine

c) take a oil feed for a new turbo install.
return i know goes into the sump under gravity.

if it makes any differance its a toyota 2zz-ge engine

thanks in advance

Hi there! Your first two problems would seem to cancel each other out insomuch as the heater circuit could be utilised for the turbo.
As for a pressurised oil feed I would "tee" into the pressure switch takeoff just above the filter.

As above, run the turbo coolant feed from the heater circuit and take the oil feed from the oil pressure switch.

i was kind of thinking that , just wanted other opinions.
the only thing I was thinking is the heater output is water at its hottest from the head would not a feed from the coolant return in the rad be best as turbo feed

There might not be as much of a difference as you might think. Plus, the heater circuit is flowing at all times but a feed taken from the bottom hose might have little flow before the thermostat opens.
Make sure that your rad has sufficient cooling capacity to dissipate the extra heat especially if it sits behind an intercooler.
Good ducting before the rad will help as will a "hot air escape route" behind it.
