The Scorpion - anyone seen one?

Guys,
Whilst trawling the classifieds on PH I came across these:

SCORPION SPORTS CARS - THE SCORPION

Looks cheap and potentially fun - only a 250cc motor but weight is low.

Anyone have any info on these?

Discussed a while back - opinion didn't seem overly favourable IIRC

Oh right - hadn't seen that.

I thought they were UK manufactured.
It reads like they manufacture them when using terms like 'our new model' and 'built to order' - no mention of it being a Chinese-take-away.

Will give it a miss I think!

I saw this one, but only after I'd accidentally stood on it's head and felt it's sting embedded in my ankle!!! There were a few hours of cacking my pants until we found someone who knew what it was.

I thought for a minute that was a grinall scorpion - surely there is some trademark infringement in play!! http://www.grinnallcars.com/gallery/scorpion-III/scorpion3.html
