help finding a kart

i hope you guys can help, i remember seeing an Australian (i think) go kart type single seat race car (on road) that had a full roll cage, go-kart wheels.

can anyone remember what it was called?

its more of a terrapin styled single seater now. i want to do something along the lines now of the terrapin ethics of resourcefulness but with a kart for hill climbs and sprints as they are not aloud in the regs as they are "not safe enough" thus wanting to find this australian kart...
