Thanks to Atspeed and some progress

Hi Guys,
Well after not spending any time on the panther the last year, i feel like its finally getting somewhere again.
The car went to Atspeed yesterday, had a good day, even though the throttle body and inlet manifold came off a couple of times solving some issues. Anyway spent most of day there yesterday, Went on the rollers, left it with them last night as they wanted to do some cold starts this morning. Just picked it up and got home.

Oh and on the way, i posted the IVA forms

Anyway not much power but 110hp at the wheels out of a bog standard 1.8 zetec.

Max HP: 109.6 at 6400rpm
Max Torque: 108.7ft-lb at 2900rpm

I was told it was an easy one to map and very straight forward, Took less than 90mins on the rollers.

Even just driving it into the garage is a lot nicer so highly recommend them and i had a good bit of banter with the guys there.

Oh and North weald booked for 6 weeks time or so, see this link: http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/viewthread.php?tid=157884

Just waiting now for a call from the IVA centre.

Heres some latest pics:

Hi Eddie, please could you say what fuel and ignition systems you are using.

I am in the early stages of installing an 1800 zetec with zxr600 carbs and a megajolt ignition system.

If similar would your setup be a reasonable starting point?

Cheekily, Len.
