are these good for handbrakes? i'm thinking of using the same calipers they use for racing on the back axle, but the calipers don't have handbrake built in, so i was going to have these too

yeah, the reason i ask though is because the pads look quite small. just thinking what size car can the hold on a hill a seven should be no problem, think mine's going to be a bit heavier you see.

Hey, I believe the Wilwood literature says these can't be used on a disc diameter less than 9" I think. I'd need them to go on a disc between 7-8", could you see any reasons why they wouldn't go on a disc this size?

Don't see any reason - I trial mounted them on 9mm discs and there appeared to be much more grip available - certainly a couple of mm.
