Aries / Stuart Taylor (Seven type) rolling chassis £750

Hi

I have available an Aries / Stuart Taylor rolling chassis.

This car has never been finished to the point of being used other than for a quiet drive round the block to check it worked, never been IVA'd / registered.

The chassis and all the associated components are basically new - currently a little dusty as it's been sat in a dry garage for years but a good check over and a good clean and you'll be ready to finish the build.

It's Sierra based IRS at the rear.

Ford 13" alloys.

Has a very smart alloy fuel tank.

Quick rack, column and smart steering wheel

New Rad c/w kenlow fan

New Protech shocks all round.

New pedal box c/w brake bias, refurbished brakes - fronts by Bigg Red

A pair of useable seats

All the bodywork bar one front mudwing - in a fetching light blue colour, the bonnet still has some of the transit tape on it..

All the lights bar one rear housing.

Pictures will follow in a day or two - but Google one, picture it without the engine/box and in light blue and you're there..

In short more or less everything you need apart from an engine and box (it did have a crossflow in it BTW)

To you lot - as I know it'll go to a good home - it's a fixed price of £750.
I can deliver it too for £1 a mile (i.e. 100 miles from Crewe = £100 all in, unless you live at the extremes of the UK then I can recommend a shipper..)

UTU on here or 07976 623772 - viewing welcome (Crewe area) but be quick as I need this gone..

This has put me in a real dilemma.

For 17 years I've been mucking about building and aren't this far forward. On Tuesday I got diagnosed with cancer and left wondering if / how I'll compete the car (after I'd worried about children / house obviously). If this is still here in a couple of days it just may be too tempting.

Hi All

Thanks for all the interest

Provisionally SOLD to ragindave.

Not that anything should change but if it does I'll offer it to the other U2U senders in the order they came in!
