See details via link:

I've been offered a chance to buy my dream competition car. If I'm unsuccessful, I'll be keeping the MK

Not that I can afford it but just to let you know I could not get any of the video's to work either messages saying do not exist or access barred.

Very nice car.

Why do I have to make the tools to finish the job? More time then money.

Thanks Adrian. It's funny - they all worked yesterday, but don't today! I'll investigate...

V8 fits in there quite nicely

I was wondering where you got your silencers from? As mine has become too loud with a puny 5" diameter silencer and needs an upgrade.

Thanks
Justin

Justin - the exhausts were made by a guy in Bradford who specialised in custom systems for bikes. I can't remember his name, but whilst the systems are nice we did have a bit of grief getting him to do what we wanted.

If I were doing it again, I'd probably use these guys:

I've seen examples of their work on other cars. They were a little more expensive, but very good quality and good to deal with.

Thanks or that.

My kit supplier can sort me out a manifold/silencer but I've always had to mod them in some way before they would fit!

I tried Simpsons for a laugh and though I know the quality would be good the price was excessive.

I can vouch that this is a very well sorted and fast car. I've seen Kurt compete in this for the lst couple of years and it performs very well.

Good luck with the sale, what car have you got your eye on now?

Paul

Thanks Paul. If I can sell the Indy and raise enough cash, I'm looking at a Westfield GT with a 5 litre V8 and 400bhp. It's a huge price difference though, especially given how well the Indy is going now. If my car doesn't sell, I'll invest even more in it instead!

Still for sale and now reduced!

Also sporting upgraded front brakes (Willwood lightweight 4-pots with solid discs, saving over 5kg in unsprung weight), and now almost road legal again (just needs a horn).

Sensible offers considered.

Cheers
