Cheap Laptop - ideal for mapping

Zil's amazing sale 'o' rama continues.

Here we have an ultra light Dell LS 500 laptop. This thing weight half of nothing.

It has a PIII 500
128mb of ram
20gb hard drive.
Fresh and virginal installation of xp.
These things are so small that they don't even have an internal CD drive. Hardly an issue when a 1gb USB pen drive costs about 2 bob these days.

The battery is guaranteed to be absolutely dead and worthless. New ones are £11.70 plus post on ebay.

That's about it.

If anyone wants it they can have it for 50 quid delivered. That's £50 including delivery.

Or, I can stick a battery in and put it on ebay with a BIN of £95.

Paypal is Zil's preferred method of payment.

Here's a pic. Rescued attachment LS500.jpg

Bugger!
Missed out again..
That was perfect for what I was looking for (to use with diagnostic software on my Alfa Romeo)
Oh well, I'll keep looking....unless anybody else has anything suitable...?
