They got reported to DVla from a conversation on Dutton forum about it
Thats because that registration is a Ford Dutton ! so its ovbiously had it registration taken away from it

its obviously over 15KW net power, and real likely over 400Kg
it should have IVA
what would it need for iva?
front indicators too far in, no side repeaters, fog light, at least one toggle switch on the dash board removed.
possible removal of screen, maybe change the mirrors too
oh and the £450 test fee
