Pictures welcome please.

Im fitting them on mine but dont have any completed car pics as its a bare chassis at the mo !

I always liked the speedline wheels, kind of like a modern minilight.

Be good to see a set on a built car.

One thing I need is a set of flat seated nuts though, I bought some from a forum member about 5 years ago but I never received them :-( he admitted they hadnt been sent but I never got my money back - so im still on the lookout.

The centre bore is slightly bigger than the sierra hubs so i pcked up some ali spigot rings.

I'm using them on my car, I've always liked the retro look of these wheels and think they look great on a seven.

This is the only photo I can find at the moment, I'll dig out some better ones if you need...

Fitted some to mine when I first built it. Did a Trackday at Elvington on them, I reversed the Ford nuts and put some thick flat washers on them and had no issues. Would not advise for road use, I only used for testing the car after it's initial build.

Out of interest why wouldn't you advise for road use please?

I think it was the reversing of the nuts with washers thing he would not advise for the road, not the use of the Pug wheels.

I really like that and I've got 5 Italian speedlines lying about.

Andybarbet where did you acquire you spigot rings from?

vyperstrype - 21/1/14 at 11:40 PM

As the above said, I wouldn't advise reversing the Ford wheel nuts with washers, as they're not a tight fit around the studs.

I cant remember where I got my aluminium spigot rings from but i think they are the same as these ones on ebay.

Any more pics of cars fitted with these wheels ? Looking good so far :-)

Thanks for all the input, learned a lot re flat head wheel nuts (will post a "wanted advert" for some) and spigots.

Was half thinking to just sell the wheels and find something that fits straight on but really don't think that it will be that easy.

Will post a picture when the wheels are on.

Excellent, let me know if you find wheelnuts at an 'affordable' price, I will need some at some point.
