ok - these are the protectors - remove the fake carbon sticky sheet and paint black or leave as is? The photo makes themn look better than in real lfe. Who said the camera never lies? (see top right cornver where the stikcy sheet is no longer being sticky)

so cut your losses and chuck them

After my constructive input on the last thread...

I'd be inclined to peel off the film and try painting them for the time and effort it would take. If they still turn out crap, then ditch them and get a set of pre-cut stainless ones from lolocost or similar.
