WTD: Xbox migration kit (transfer lead thing)

Hi everybody

Just wondered if anybody has an xbox migration lead to transfer the hard drive data from an old unit to a new unit that i might be able to borrow or buy?

I assume you have a new slimline 360 with a built in HDD and want to transfer the files from an old 360 that has a clip on HHD?
Pretty sure the HDD is removable from both units (theyre just a 2.5 inch IDE drive).
Once removed you can just transfer the files via a PC.
I would expect a google search would reveal the correct methods.
