Not aware of a specific set of rules on here so join in, ask questions and tell/show us what you're making. There's quite a variety of members on here and all sorts of questions find an answer. There's the U2U feature if you want a private conversation with another member.

ive just got myself what I believe to be a locost 7 shell and a box of parts. ive also purchased a 1.8 mazda mx5. so I'm just beginning the research as to where to begin.(not a big reader but needs must)
not sure how to add pictures?

Main rule is "pictures or it didn't happen!"
But we like questions, especially new ones that haven't been asked too many times before.
And you cant access the shop until you've donated

Looks Locost-ish to me and you've got a picture posted. As above, questions are good and there's plenty of knowledge on here to help.

Agreed very locost,escort axel/hubs.
Front looks wide but that may be the camera angle
hs it had bodywork on, can I see pop rivets on the top tubes?

all the bits i got.. its the ron champion ?
from what i can work out and have been told
must have had panels at some point..the front is all lose so may look abit wider..

today i purchased a 1.8 mx5 to use

i will be donating i want to test the forum before i donate
