someone must have thought it was a good idea!

The thing I enjoy is that pretty much every example of this type of 'challenged' car on ebay contains the phrase 'would make excellent hillclimb or track car' in the advert ................ in which universe would that be exactly?

It is a euphemism for "you can't use it on the road"
